Dry Land Boats

My assistant Rudy wondering where all the people are and why these boats are on dry land and not in the water. He looked at me a minute later as if he were asking me "I don't get it". It is amazing how smart he seems to be sometimes... and then there are those other times he.... well, you know.. I love him anyway.
