"60 Minute Man"

I wrote "60 Minute Man" as a somewhat humorous, loving, and erotic spin, on what to do while you and your spouse are waiting for Viagra or any other pill to work on the male organ. There are many ways and things to do while a couple is waiting. A man at times just wants his few minutes and he is done and off to something else. But a woman needs a lot more foreplay, love, caressing, caring, touching, and just some real loving conversation. Just one example would be to have him take the little blue pill, and while you are waiting, start a nice romantic fire on the hearth, turn the lights low, have some very soft romantic music playing, lightly touch him and have him lightly caress you, make sure he keeps his attention on you, just start progressing into more intimate foreplay......and well, before you know it, the time will be right and well....the rest is just a natural bodily reaction to what is going on. AHH....Satisfaction. Now this is just one of hundreds of situations and playful suggestions that could happen.

My "Fragments"

 

I so much enjoy the Pacific Northwest....especially the area around Sequim Bay. Almost every morning there is something special that really energizes me and spurs me on to create new works of art in my studio. Some of the art pieces I have taken photos of some selected areas inside the borders of the canvas. I call these "Fragments"... you can see some of these on my website ....

Rainy Days

It may be raining outside..... but wonderful things are happening in the Studio. I try to keep the studio bright and cherry, with some good music playing in the background. It really helps to diffuse the grey sky's of winter.

Studio Loft Stairs

I am having a new set of stairs built to get up to my loft in the art studio. Oh, I can't wait until they are done. The view from on top will be great.

Sweet Valentine

Oven Spoonful is hosting a Valentine book signing with local author Geri Lindsey, 6:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 14, 110 E. First Street, Port Angeles. Port Book and News will have books available for purchase.

The Port Angeles Artwalk

I will be at the Oven Spoonful in Port Angeles, Wa., on Saturday evening for the downtown art walk. It is from 5:00pm-8:00pm. My art will be showcased there. Rocks in the garden of life

This photo reminds me of the many zen rock gardens I have seen..... I could just sit here and meditate..... watching the little ripples of water lapping at the sides of the rocks.... the breeze ever so lightly moving the grass reeds. Watching stories unfold into other stories.....where the breeze comes from and where it is going, is a never ending mystery.

Dry Land Boats

My assistant Rudy wondering where all the people are and why these boats are on dry land and not in the water. He looked at me a minute later as if he were asking me "I don't get it". It is amazing how smart he seems to be sometimes... and then there are those other times he.... well, you know.. I love him anyway.

The Kitchen Table

Well.... here is a photo of our kitchen table... a place that always sees a meeting of creative minds to map out what this day might bring forth. It seems that in just about every culture, the kitchen or kitchen table is the informal and most loving way to meet, eat, and map out new ideas.

Smudges on a Window

Quick.... get the window washer..... I think I see a smudge on the the tenth floor! Ha,Ha......I wonder just how long it must take to do all of those windows. It takes all day just to do all of mine.... I just just wonder....

Trees

Being an artist, I like to try different ways to be creative. Hence the Christmas tree out on the deck. We took the tree out of the house on New Years Day and put it here. It really looks beautiful at night and the tree is doing very well in the cold weather. I like to savor the goodness and beauty of that time of the year a little longer.

Sun and Clouds

It was such a beautiful afternoon yesterday, with all the wind, rain, waves. It was really exciting.... the sun even tried to make an appearance!
